Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to update.

Delivery Issues and Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, please confirm that your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Velencia London is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or outdated addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

Lost or Damaged Items

We take care in packing and shipping your items, but if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and details of the issue. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the matter.
